As a result of our growing business Cosun Biobased Experts is looking to expand its business support team with an Inside Sales Manager.

Job description
  • You are in charge of sales processes – overseeing & managing regular business;
  • Manage the relationship with purchasing of recurring customers and distributors;
  • Handle logistics and planning for our supply chain incl. overseas (third party) warehouses;
  • Discuss the sales forecast with business teams and supply with production;
  • Coordinate setup of new customers in SAP and CRM;
  • Periodically provide reports on the, internal, sales activities of the company;
  • Develop targets for the internal sales team and ensure its implementation
  • Manage customer questionnaire type requests in collaboration with Regulatory;
  • Follow up on leads that come in through website, databases, etc.;
  • Handle first level of operational support to customers.
 
Profile
You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. In addition…
  • You have minimal 5 years of experience in the specialty chemical business;
  • You have an education in commerce or international business, technological affinity is a pré;
  • You are commercially driven and service minded;
  • You like to interact pro-actively with customers and within the team;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English , additional languages do have a pré;
  • You have working experience with SAP (pré), CRM-systems and MS Office;
  • Important competences: entrepreneurship, boldness, connecting, customer orientation, confidence, communication and persuasion.

We are offering a fulltime position with responsibility for the development and expansion of our customer base with the objective to support sales activities and enhance sales. You will be actively involved in defining and the execution of our commercial strategy. Good career opportunities.
We have our own CAO and an attractive total package of employment conditions. Among other things, a good salary (€5300,- based on 40 hours) and extensive pension scheme, a 13th month, 25 holidays and 23 ADV days. Classification depends on knowledge and experience.
 
Location
Cosun Biobased Experts is part of Cosun Beet Company and is based in the newly build Cosun innovation center in Dinteloord (NL).
