Currently we are looking for a maternity leave replacement for the position:
Employee Back Office & Logistics
(Temporary: 1 September – 31 March 2021) (0,6 Fte) 
 
The employee back office is responsible for executing and coordinating stock management and transport processes and there settlement.
 
Tasks:
  • Take care of the inventory administration and stock releases
  • Handling incoming telephone calls
  • Responding to mail
  • Customer contract monitoring; document control
  • Order processing
  • Manage and organize transport to warehouses and to customers directly
  • Maintaining contacts with carriers regarding price agreements
  • Make calculations
  • Processing documentation for import and export
  • Take care of payments regarding purchase invoices
  • Encode invoices 
Demands:
  • Intermediate vocational education in Logistics or other relevant study
  • 2-4 years of experience in logistics
  • Affinity with the industrial food sector
  • Proficiency in the spoken and written Dutch, English
  • Team player
  • Planning en organizing skills
  • Communication skills
  • Eye on details
  • Pro-Active
