Do you enjoy working on relevant content distributed via off- and online channels? Duynie Group as a growing innovative company is looking for a driven, enthusiastic Content Marketing Specialist.
In this position you are reporting to the Manager Marketing & Communications and you will be a part of Duynie Group Marketing & Communications team.
As a content marketing specialist you will play a key role in enhancing Duynie Group brand awareness and supporting customer engagement via off- and online channels. You will work on content marketing strategy and execution to effectively communicatie Duynie Group’s positioning to target audiences. The Content Marketing Specialist takes care of the following activities:
Content marketing strategy:
  • Work on content strategy in line with positioning strategy Duynie Group. Execute content marketing activities for Duynie Group and its business units
  • Measurement: Set content targets and measure content marketing effectiveness.
Content development:
  • Pro-active searching for content within Duynie Group to strengthen/proof the positioning of Duynie Group.
  • Making content for a variety of offline and online means.
  • Develop, produce and distribute content to support the positioning of Duynie Group in the market in line with content calendar and meeting the needs of target audiences.  Properly align with internal (e.g. Sales, R&D) and external stakeholders (e.g. external agencies who support content production).
  • Manage and optimize the internal communications platform and provide content support for internal communications initiatives. Ensure Duynie Group positioning is effectively communicated to internal stakeholders. Support employer branding activities HR department.
  • Advice HR team on communication with employers and potential employers.
Understand target audience:
  • Proactively engage with target audience and external stakeholders (e.g. influencers) to understand (potential) supplier, customer, employer needs. Get insight in relevant topics and trends in the industry.
What does success look like?
In two years from now, you have proactively participated in setting the content marketing strategy and did provide successful content marketing support to Duynie Group and its business. In addition, you have further optimized internal communications.

Candidate profile
  • Minimum Bachelor (Bsc.) degree
  • 2-5 years of content marketing / marketing communications experience
  • Experience with content development (e.g. brochures, web pages, case studies, video)
  • Excellent copywriting / editing skills (including writing for SEO)
  • Experience with working with external marketing agencies
  • Result oriented, independent and pragmatic
  • Fluent (spoken and written) in English and Dutch
