Duynie Group as a growing innovative company is looking for a driven, enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager.
In this position you are reporting to the Manager Marketing & Communications and you will be a part of Duynie Group Marketing & Communications team.
As a digital marketing manager you will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness, driving web traffic and generate leads for Duynie Group and its business units. You will lead and drive digital implementation across businesses and will take a strategic approach to managing and optimizing our digital marketing channels to meet business goals. Your will motivate and support local teams to deliver effective digital marketing activations. The Digital Marketing Manager takes care of the following activities:
Digital marketing strategy:
  • To develop a vision and a roadmap for Duynie Group and its business units. Oversee all digital marketing activities and support businesses in understanding customer related processes and how digital can be of value to optimize different communication touch points throughout the customer journey.
Digital activation:
  • Manage and coordinate the websites, social media channels and digital campaigns of Duynie Group and its business units. Ensure that all businesses and marketing requirements are properly captured.
Project management lead:
  • Single point of contact between Digital team (IT and External vendors) and business stakeholders. Work closely together with content markers to ensure relevant content is effectively delivered to key target audiences. Manage and collaborate with external vendors.
Measurement and analytics
  • Measure ROI and report on the performance off all digital marketing campaigns. Use web analytic tools to measure effectiveness of campaigns. Ensure that customer behavior and insights are captured and make this available to business teams.
Digital excellence:
  • Keep up to date, Identify and evaluate new digital technologies that could benefit Duynie Group business. Act as a motivator, trainer and coach.
What does success look like?
In two years from now, you have professionalized digital marketing across Duynie Group and developed a vision and roadmap for Duynie Group digital marketing activities. In addition, you have launched and developed the Duynie Group website platform to support business and did provide successful digital marketing consult.
Candidate profile
  • University degree (Msc.)
  • Overall understanding and interest in the digital landscape and its latest trends and developments.
  • Experience working with CMS, CRM and marketing automation tools (like Umbraco or Sitecore; Salesforce or MicrosoftDynamics)
  • 4-6 years of digital marketing experience (SEO, Social media, Content Marketing, Email Marketing)
  • Ecommerce experience is a pre
  • A data mindset and strong analytical skills
  • Project management skills
  • Think out of the box and challenge the status quo
  • Result oriented, independent and pragmatic
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
